WHAT IS SYSTEMATIC ART’S RETURN POLICY?

At Systematic Art we design hanging hardware for all types of applications and want our customers to always be satisfied. Whether you purchase online or through one of our authorized dealers we provide 15 days from day of delivery to return product (some exceptions apply) and for any reason.

  • Product must be in its original unopened packaging and in usable condition in order to receive a full credit.
  • Original store receipt: Exchange or refund to your original form of payment.
  • All returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

HOW DO I HANDLE A DEFECTIVE OR FLAWED PRODUCT?

After 30 days, in the event a product is defective or flawed Systematic Art we will replace your purchase free of charge.

Systematic Art will also cover the cost of shipping via UPS Ground.

HOW DO I RETURN A PURCHASE FROM SYSTEMATIC ART?

To make a return, you will need to contact Systematic Art’s customer support via email: support@systematicart.com or via Telephone 1.888.426.4406

Can I exchange a Systematic Art product?

Yes, customers can exchange products at any point just as long as it’s within 30 days from the day of purchase.

In order to make an exchange you will need to provide us with your invoice number and purchase confirmation email.

Shipping fees for exchanges will be bared to the customer to and from our distribution center.

WHERE’S MY REFUND?

After we receive and process your return, a confirmation email will be sent and refund will be issued to the original form of payment used. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days, but could take up to 12 additional days for your payment method to reflect the refund.
